Within our Small Group Communications class, we worked as a group to raise money for the organization Pet Central Helps. Pet Central Helps is an Animal Shelter located in Mclean County. In order to raise money for this organization, my group members and I set up a GoFundMe page, as well as held a fundraiser at Blaze Pizza in Normal, Illinois. As a team, we helped to raise a total of $800 for this organization. Not only did we help animals in need, but we worked together as a group to do so.
